Projects

CMI project teams are comprised of multi-disciplined research faculty, staff, and students that employ a range of tools, skills, and knowledge in the fields of ecology, conservation biology, plant biology, forestry, fisheries and wildlife science, resource management, biogeochemistry, pedology, edaphology, geospatial science and technology, information technology, and data management.

CMI researchers work directly with sponsors in local, state, and federal agencies and organizations throughout the U.S. and internationally to design and implement projects that meet sponsor objectives and answer multi-disciplinary research questions. Project Supervisors are responsible for executing the project tasks according to their specific expertise and often work with Project Assistants to meet project objectives and timelines.
